On Dec.7, the Supreme Court will hear a case that will determine if State Legislatures have the sole power to elect our next President. The only way to prevent that is to hold onto Congress and pass Voting Rights. If you’re not scared of creeping Fascism, you’re not alive. VOTE BLUE IN 2022!
If Republicans sweep the midterms in November 2022, we can kiss our Democracy goodbye! I will be seriously thinking about leaving even though my uncles fought in WWII for this country, and my grandfather lost his sister on the boat to Ellis Island from Italy in the early 1900’s. This is bad, really bad.

Once we abolish the Filibuster in the Senate, we can fix corrupt SCOTUS, bring back the separation of church and state to protect religious freedoms, people of color, women’s rights to decide what happens to their own bodies, LGBTQ rights, ensure that immigrants are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve and have a government that is representative of THE PEOPLE not the rich 1%.

As far as I can see, and I did read the news article posted on the conservative “news” site The Blaze. The article mentions a link to Article II, Section I on https://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/articleii
This Blaze article and comment by Levin has nothing to do with what Robert Reich is warning about in the upcoming SCOTUS ruling December 7, 2022. It just explains how the electoral college and state legislatures are supposed to function currently. It’s just a nice detraction for people that don’t actually read anything and fall for big buzz words and grandiose statements that have no backing in reality. Mark Levin seems to be using the tactic of making sweeping statements about the Democrats that have no basis in fact. ie. There is more crime because of Democrats. In fact, Blue states actually have less crime and better healthcare. Look it up. Facts Matter!
